1. QUOTATION is valid for 14 days.
2. Goods will not be taken back without agreement by Management.
3. A refund will be given on unopened products within 30 days of PURCHASE date.
4. A restocking charge of 10% will apply.
5. A 50% deposit payment is required to hold product. DEPOSITS WILL BE
FORFEITED AFTER 30 DAYS. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. The company gives no warranty in respect of colour variation, crazing or other naturally
occurring features in our natural stone products. A shade variation is inherent in the
supply of natural stone.
7. All goods are sold subject only to the manufacturers guarantee and conditions.
8. Customers must ensure that they have an acceptable blend of colour and quantities
BEFORE laying paving as no claim can be entertained once paving has been laid.
9. A sufficient quantity of materials should be purchased as NO guarantee can be given
that a product will remain in stock.
10. Delivery arrangements can be conditional, dependent on material and labour
availability. Delays may arise due to manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes
which are beyond our control.
11. Claims for damaged or incorrect materials will not be accepted unless made at the time
of purchase or delivery.
12. All items will be deemed collected 30 days after purchase date, unless previously
agreed with management.
13. Please note that Galway Stone Ltd. does not lay paving, nor do we have any pavers
employed. Whilst we do have contact details for pavers and landscapers, we do not
guarantee their work and advise customers to view previous projects and ask for
reviews.
14. Bags of Building Stone are non-returnable.
15. Goods remain the property of Galway Stone, the vendor, until payment has been made
in full and the purchaser hereby declares it to be the trustee thereof for the vendor. We
reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
16. The company terms of payment are strictly cash before supply of goods.
17. Where an account has been approved by the Company, unless otherwise stated in
writing, payment should be made within 30days from the date of the invoice.
18. We reserve the right to re-enter the site to which the goods were delivered to effect
collection of the goods delivered in the event that payment for the goods remain
outstanding.
19. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change.
20. Egyptian Limestone should be sealed on the underside before laying to prevent
interaction with the environment.
21. We recommend sealing all our natural stone paving to help prevent staining.
22. We recommend the use of a Slurry Primer to aid with adhesion when laying paving
slabs.
